Resistance Bands

This 4-piece exercise band set includes bands with in 3 different resistance levels: green light (2-4 lbs), blue medium (6-8 lbs), yellow heavy (10-12 lbs). This allows the user to go from beginner to more advanced strength training. The bands come packed in a drawstring bag with instructions and basic exercises.
